Aptera is Creating Jobs
Aptera understands that local students need to complement their education with hands-on experience by working on real projects. The Aptera environment provides a place where interns can get their hands dirty; we’re big enough to provide structure but small enough to welcome fresh perspectives.
Aptera understands that local students need to complement their education with hands-on experience by working on real projects. The Aptera environment provides a place where interns can get their hands dirty; we’re big enough to provide structure but small enough to welcome fresh perspectives. Over the summer, we welcomed two interns onto our development team. Ashley Myers and Eric Stokes worked diligently on a SharePoint Demo, taking responsibility for the full project and utilizing Aptera’s resources to complete it.
“Rather than saying, “go do this” or “code that”, Aptera was more freeform. The experience of going through the entire design and development process gave me great insight into the software development process.”
Eric Stokes
Eric and Ashley are back to school now, but Aptera has already hired another part-time student from St. Francis University to work on the design team all year round. We also hired two new developers with specialties in workflow management, system architecture, requirements checking, and project management.
